Hey designers,
Since I do have an open floor plan for the 1st level of my home, I thought it would be great to share these tips I picked up (well the ones I liked):
Hang Time
An indoor hammock makes for an unexpected and impromptu lounging corner in this narrow loft by New York–based architect David Hotson.
Down Under
Wedged
beneath an industrial staircase and built-in bookshelves, stacked
exotic cushions add warmth and charm to the corner of this loft,
creating a colorful place to read and lounge.
Curtain Call
In the guest rooms of Lost & Found hotel, a sheer white curtain divides the bedroom from the rest of the open loft's living area.
What's the likelihood I'll do any of this? Very unlikely, but they are cool. Don't ya think?
Happy designing
