Brrr, it's cold in here

Hey Designers!


Hold up! Isn't it summer? Why am I cold? I'm in Ohio (again) for work, and it's pretty chilly here. So unprepared, am I for this weather (forecast was mid 70s). But, I have one cardigan and a scarf, so I'll survive (shrugs).

On a positive note, the hotel I'm staying was renovated since I was last here, and it looks pretty good! Seriously, were talking outdated wallpaper and drapes, tube TVs, and horrid chairs. At least the beds were ok. But now, they've totally stepped up, and I feel I'm getting the platinum member treatment I deserve lol. The only downside to the renovation is the wallpaper choice. It's really dark, which makes it hard to read stuff or do work in the room, but on the flip side it is really relaxing. Check out what they did with wall art below:

The pics are nothing special, but the pictures are arranged in an interesting fashion that I like.

Speaking of pictures, I've been trying to find some yellow picture frames for what I thought was a pretty good art idea on A4 paper. That is until I found there aren't many A4 frames, and even fewer yellow ones! The 2 I found are from the UK, which means much more money (no siree!) It'd be great if I could get frames like the smaller rectangular frame on the left:

Alas, these don't have glass or backings. They would have looked really cool on my gray walls. Oh well... I guess this calls for a DIY project. I think I'll buy any nice, affordable A4 frames I can getand spray paint them. Need to research that. Can't wait to show you the finished product, if I can find the right size frames (fingers crossed!)
